2.What we do

We buy unused gift cards and game keys from you. You submit the code (or, for physical cards, photos of the card), we check it, and when the card is valid we credit the agreed amount to your balance. You withdraw that balance in cryptocurrency.

We are a buyer, not a marketplace: you sell to us, not to other users. We are not a bank, a payment service or an exchange, and we don't hold money for you beyond the balance that comes from cards you sold to us.

3.Who can use giftcard.vision

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You sell in your own name and on your own account, never for someone else.

You may not use giftcard.vision if you live in a country where selling gift cards or receiving cryptocurrency is forbidden, or if you are on a sanctions list. We may refuse or end any account without giving a reason, as long as we pay out any balance that came from valid cards.

4.Your account

One account per person. Use your real email address and keep it up to date, because we send order updates, security notices and changes to these terms there. You confirm your email address before you can sell.

Keep your password to yourself and use one you don't use anywhere else. You can turn on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app; once it is on, every withdrawal needs a code from that app. Anything done in your account counts as done by you, unless you told us before that someone else got access.

If you think someone else has access to your account, change your password, end your other sessions in the settings and contact support right away.

5.Selling a card or key

When you submit a code, you confirm that the card or key is unused, that you got it legally, that you have the right to sell it and that you won't use, share or sell it anywhere else afterwards.

Every order shows the brand, country, card value and the amount you get before you submit. That amount is our offer; by submitting you accept it and the sale is concluded on these terms, subject to the check described below.

Physical cards need clear photos of the front and back with the code visible. Game keys must be for the platform and region you select.

6.Rates

Our rates change with the market and can change at any time. The rate on screen when you submit is the rate you get, even if rates move while your card is checked.

Rates are shown in US dollars. For cards in other currencies we convert at the rate shown in the order. What you see before submitting is the full amount: we don't take fees afterwards.

7.How we check codes

We check every code with the issuer. This usually takes 24 to 72 hours on business days; weekends and public holidays can add to it. We tell you by email when an order is done.

A code that is invalid, already used, locked, from another region or worth less than stated is rejected, and nothing is credited. You see the reason in your order. We can't return a rejected code to its original state, and we aren't responsible for a card that was used or blocked before you submitted it.

If a card is worth less than you entered, we may reject it rather than credit a lower amount. We may ask for the receipt or other proof of where the card came from before we credit it.

8.Your balance

Valid cards are credited to your balance in US dollars. The balance is not a bank account or a deposit, earns no interest and can only be used to withdraw to a wallet you control.

If we credited an amount by mistake, or a card is later reported stolen or reversed by the issuer, we may take that amount back from your balance. If your balance is not enough, you owe us the difference.

If you delete your account while money is left on it, you give up your claim to that balance. You confirm this when you delete the account.

9.Payouts

You choose the coin, network and address. The smallest payout is $5. We don't charge for payouts; the amount you request is the amount we send, converted into the coin you chose when the payout is sent.

Crypto sent to the address you entered can't be reversed. Check the address, the network and any memo or destination tag before you confirm. We are not liable for funds sent to an address or network you entered wrongly.

Payouts are usually sent within 24 to 72 hours on business days. Some payouts are checked by hand first, for example when the wallet was added in the last 24 hours or is also used by another account. Until the check is done, the payout waits.

10.Limits and trust levels

Every account has a daily selling limit that grows with the value of cards that cleared successfully. The current limit and level are shown in your account. We may lower a limit, or ask for more information before raising it, as described in the AML & KYC Policy.

11.Fraud and stolen cards

Don't sell cards that are stolen, were bought with stolen money or a stolen payment card, or that someone asked you to buy and pass on. Gift cards are often used in scams; if someone asked you to pay them with a gift card, read the section on scams in our AML & KYC Policy.

If a card turns out to be stolen or bought with stolen money, we freeze the payout and the balance it came from. We may share what we know with the issuer, the buyer of the card and the police.

Several rejected cards in a short time put an account under review or freeze it. While an account is frozen, you can't sell or withdraw until we have finished our check.

12.What you may not do

You may not use giftcard.vision to launder money or move the proceeds of crime, to test or guess codes, to sell the same code twice, to open more than one account, to get around limits or checks, to attack or overload the site, or to read data that isn't yours. Doing so lets us freeze and close the account at once.

13.Suspending and closing accounts

You can delete your account at any time in the settings once your open orders and payouts are finished.

We may suspend or close an account if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we have good reason to suspect fraud. Where the law allows, we tell you why. Balance from valid cards is paid out after our check, unless a court or an authority tells us not to.

14.Availability

We try to keep giftcard.vision running at all times, but we can't promise that. Maintenance, outages at card issuers, blockchains or our providers, and events outside our control can delay orders and payouts. We may stop buying a brand, country or card value at any time; orders already submitted are still completed.

15.Liability

We are liable without limit for damage we cause on purpose or through gross negligence, and for harm to life, body or health.

For other damage we are liable only if we breach a duty that is essential to the contract, and then only up to the damage that was foreseeable when the order was placed, at most the amount of the order concerned.

We are not liable for delays caused by card issuers, blockchains, network fees or exchanges, for losses from an address you entered, or for a card that was invalid before you submitted it.

16.Changes to these terms

We tell you by email at least 14 days before these terms change. If you don't agree, you can delete your account before the change applies. If you keep using the account after that, the new terms apply. Orders already submitted follow the terms in force when you submitted them.

17.Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in still apply where they give you more protection.

Please contact support first if something went wrong; most problems are solved there. If a provision of these terms is invalid, the rest stays in force.
