Yes. Unused keys for Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, EA, Ubisoft and Rockstar, by region: each game has a fixed price in USD that you see before you send the key. The key must not be revocable. Steam, Ubisoft and Rockstar keys also need a screenshot of the purchase receipt.
What if my card is rejected?
Nothing is charged and you see the reason, for example an already used or wrong-region code.
